Minecraft Dungeons not working?

I have started Minecraft Dungeons and see a white window with an x that unfortunately does not load and I can't play Minecraft Dungeons

Antivirus off.

And register before starting.

I still don't work

Lads down again. If still not then write to support

It doesn't work either but I found the error you have to log out in the launcher then restart the pc and log in again

If someone has the same problem:

Once you're in the launcher, sign out of the Microsoft account → restart your computer → sign in and try again

(Launcher → Settings → Accounts → Microsoft Account Triple Dots → Remove) to log out
