I wanted to ask if an I7-3770 with a GTX 1650 fits and whether you could play well wanted to get me a ready PC with I7-3770 and GTX 1650 Is it good to gamble these days? (Minecraft, long-distance bus simulator and so on)

Oh God
Please DO NOT buy this PC! It is seriously completely unusable…
Respect Amazon, new shelter…
Better take the HardwareRat 500 PC, it has a better processor with a much better board… The Intel Q75 is very old…
Just like the processor that limits the 'beautiful' graphics card…

Graphics are even better…
And a SSD hurry inside!
Gosh, even Amazon still sets downward standards. The Intel Q75 board is already very outdated. The CPU even brakes the GPU! In addition, you can't upgrade the PC. You will not have fun with the part for more than 2 years!
As @Yamiaka suggested: better take this PC!
If you have installed your i7-3770 on a mainboard with Intel B75 or H- / Z77 chipset, the whole thing will work in PCIe 3.0 mode without any problems. I don't see any significant bottleneck in combination with a Geforce GTX 1650.
The "long-distance bus simulator" should run quite well in FHD on medium to high details. LWS 2018 should also be high to max. Details run.
The thing is horror and total waste of money
Stay away from such Amazon PCs. There's nothing clever. Better take the system here:
