Minecraft beautiful and smoother?

At Youtuber etc Minecraft always looks really good and is also smooth. But for me the graphics are really not good with a good monitor and high graphics settings. Have already tried in the Nivida settings but only made it worse

There are different shaders. Which are strong and which are less strong. Test them out if you want.

Many Youtubers use Motion Blur in their Minecraft, which causes motion blur when looking around and makes it look smoother.
Best look at YouTube how to install it. I think it even works with LabyMod.
