Can't Uninstall Minecraft?

I wanted to delete Minecraft because it doesn't start anymore and after uninstalling I wanted to reinstall Minecraft but because it doesn't uninstall it doesn't work. I downloaded Optifin 1.14.4 and because of it I can't delete Minecraft and many other folders don't work either, it keeps repeating.

use Windows 7 and for a long time minecraft went fine on W7

I'm going to assume that you have installed the Java version of Minecraft. Please try the following:

Windows Key + R
Enter "% appdata%" and click OK
Open ".minecraft", then the folder "versions"
Here please delete the folder of the corresponding version that does not start.

You can then reinstall everything.
