The command creates a skeleton that owns the tag boss, has speed 3, has a Netherride sword in hand, has diamond armor on, and has 100 hearts. You can improve the boss as you like, for example that skeleton does not get a knockback, etc. To change the command, go to the McStacker website and click on import. There you enter the command to be changed.
