Uninstall your entire Minecraft and reload it.
If that doesn't help, reinstall windows from scratch, then the drivers for Mobo and Graka, then the Internet security you use, then the rest.

In Minecraft I read there's such a raytracing version. Or? Maybe you have activated it and your graphics card is spinning 🤣
How is the performance in other games? So is that only the case with Minecraft or is it also for other games?
I have Windows with e.g.: GTA5 I have at least 50fps graphics all on ultra or on medium
