How can I create a Diamond Golem in Minecraft?

I have made the arrangement of the blocks exactly as with the iron Golem. Only that does not work. I found what you need a magic. Only I find nowhere the ingredients and where I can create that with which arrangement. Can someone help me there?

There's no Diamond Golem in Vanilla Minecraft. You need an extra modification for it.
