Why is my Minecraft Realm not being created?

I just bought a minecraft realm for 2 players, had already paid and now it says that it could not be created. Is this still being created or was there an error?

Either, it is in a processing queue or there's a mistake somewhere, eg the payment has not been completed, etc. The best thing to do is to ask the support.

So I don't think that a realm takes a long time to create, so maybe look in the realm settings or so for problems.
