I have a relatively good PC, but I often have low FPS at medium settings, even in games like minecraft I often have less than 60 FPS!
I often go to the task manager and see that my hardware is hardly at its limit but simply does not perform at its best.
Any tips? Many thanks in advance!

Btw good pc is now a matter of opinion. Is your RAM running in the dual channel and have you also changed it in the BIOS?
Have the same or similar PC and I get along very well. What you should know is that despite the graphics and the simplicity of the game, Minecraft is relatively processor hungry, especially with texture packs or shaders. I can't really speak from experience at Minecraft now, but the R5 is just an entry-level to lower middle-class processor
