Based on the tags I assume you mean "Genshin Impact"?
Then no. Unless you downloaded it from a site other than https://genshin.mihoyo.com/en. Then it could be that you actually caught something.
But basically it's not a virus and something went wrong on your computer. Have you accidentally changed any setting?
