Minecraft restarted and version changed. Why is the game suddenly so slow?

I played with 90fps Minecraft Vanilla-1.14.4. Afterwards, I tried a few things with the version Aristois-1.14.4 and immediately changed back to Vanilla-1.14.4. Minecraft now needs 8GB Ram alone in the Menu / Title Screen. Even if I increase the RAM limit to 14GB (still only 8GB are used), restart the computer or close all other apps. Mincraft runs at once only with about 1 FPS. Why? It ran smoothly until the reboot of Minecraft (without exceptions).
