Why does the game start Minecraft does not start?

As mentioned above my game does not start, but the launcher already.

In the picture you can see that the loading bar of the 1.14 just never gets full.

That's all I think happened after I pushed Optifine 1.14.2 HD into the versions folder.

Have reinstalled countless times MC, deleted minecraft folder, updated Java (Optifine 1.14.2 HD is no longer in version folder).

It's true that the latest version and generally the 1.14 does not start, but younger versions already, only that I can't create worlds there.

Except in version 1.0, everything is "completely normal".

This morning, when I started MC offline, I was suddenly able to gamble normal offline again.

After going online, again, the same problem with not starting.

Have put the PC in the flight mode and restarted, then back offline to open the game. Then it did not work again.

And one more thing: when I had the problem for a while, I also noticed that Forge is not in the versions (under create new profile) is displayed (although in the version folder).

Reinstall it and install Forge and Optifine by running the jar files as it should
