My Mac is totally slow since the Minecraft demo?

I recently downloaded the Minecraft demo. I noticed that everything was really slow. And I play on Mac. For example, my Mac takes 1 minute to open safari.

I already deleted Minecraft (the demo version)

Htop is not installed on the Mac by default and the shell is called Terminal here. But there's a program called Activity Viewer that shows exactly that, nicely prepared.
