I have the problem that no matter which shader pack I want to play the water only white is not more. No reflections no effects only the standard water in white.

I have no plan how to fix this.
For information:
I play on version 1.13.2.
Have a Ryzen 7.
A GTX 1080 Ti and 16GB RAM.

Yes, I have multiple times. Unfortunately, that has no effect. Just like shaders, etc everywhere, only white and sometimes standart water.

Try uninstalling your video driver via Device Manager. Then reinstall. Had artifacts removed from me.
