Minecraft Bedrock Edition give command with nbt?

Does anyone know if and how I can give me a command block with a command inside the minecraft bedrock edition via a give command?

Isn't it the same as in the java edition

/ give {name} minecraft: command_block

Yes, but I want a command already stored in the command block.

And that's not possible at the console with something like ctrl and middle mouse button, that's why I want to give myself that with a command
