Can't install Minecraft forge? - 1

I have the problem that I can no longer install Minecraft forge on my PC, I already have it with 1.12.2 and 1.7.10 but with e.g. 1.8.9 or 1.10.2 no longer works. I download it on minecraftforge.net, drag it to my desktop, double click on it and click OK. In tutorials and from friends, I know it should work the same way, but I don't.

Please tell me if you have ideas or even know what I'm doing wrong and how to do it again.
