Buildcraft no more redstone pipes?

I play modded Minecraft with Buildcraft, Industrial Craft and Thermal Expansion.

Unfortunately I can't find the Redstone pipes anymore. Can it be that these were removed? How am I going to power my Quarry now?

Redstone pipes are something else, what you mean are Kinesis (formerly Conductive) pipes.

I do not recommend using Buildcraft, the modification is totally antiquated. Virtually every function is better implemented by another mod.
