For example, if I play Minecraft with headphones and then disconnect the headphones from the PC, Minecraft will not play any sound at all or will not automatically switch the audio device. Even if I connect the headphones again, there's still no sound. I have to restart the game completely every time.
Can you do something there?
In old Minecraft versions (I mean until 1.7.10) press F3+ S to reload the sounds.
In newer versions it is F3+ T which recharges all resources.
You can't do more and unfortunately you can't prevent it.
