I ordered a PC from Dubaro not too long ago. Strangely, as soon as you start a game, it has a kind of coil whine in the headset. These noises only occur in games, with Spotify and co. Didn't hear anything about it. I have already reinstalled all audio drivers, nothing has changed in the problem. I'm of the opinion that it has to be related to high FPS numbers, since, for example, the headset whistling is less audible with Gta 5 than with Minecraft with 1000+ FPS, for example. I have already tested the audio connection on the mainboard myself, nothing has changed. Should the PC be returned?
Are you sure it's coming from the headset and not the PC itself? Which headset is it and did you connect it to the front panel or the mainboard at the back? Would also be good to know what is installed.
It's not related to the headset. Is a Sennheise Game Zero, I also had the same problem with Apple headphones. I tested both the front panel and the rear connector. A Msi 3060 Ti, a Ryzen 3600 and that on the Msi x570 a per mainboard are installed.
Have you ever had headphones off while playing?
Yes
So it definitely comes from the audio connection and net from the PC? Could just imagine that the graphics card is whining. The best thing to do is to contact the Dubaro support team, because I think you're in the best of hands.
