Audio through wrong speaker?

I have an audio interface with several outputs on my PC and want to have several programs on different channels. It works without problems to use Discord on channel 4 (chat), but Spotify does not output any music on channel 3 (music) and Minecraft does not output any sounds on channel 2 (game), but both on channel 1 (system sounds), although I do so set in the settings. How can I change this?

I can only change the volume with EarTrumpet. How do I change the speaker I'm listening to Minecraft from?
