UHC is a game mode. UHC = Ultra Hard Core

UHC means Ultra Hardcore. It's like the hard core mode only that you can't regenerate naturally. I.e. That you can't regenerate with food, but only with things that give you instant heal or regeneration (effect). E.g. Golden apple or suspicious stew that has a daisy in it
