Drown in Minecraft and eliminate fall damage?

I would like to make a very large lobby with mountains and lakes. Unfortunately you can drown and take fall damage. How do you switch this off with commands?

Do you also have plugins? I don't think Vanilla commands can be used.

So multiverse core there would be a plugin that can help you.

Servers use plugins in which something is switched off and much more.

What you are looking for are lobby plugins, there are some of them.

I have multiverse core but how does that work?

You go to worlds.yml and scroll to your world

then it says pvp: true and you have to set that to pvp: false

I think with Commands it is quite cumbersome. If you want I can write you a little plugin which deactivates it.
