Today I got minecraft for the PC and installed it but it starts but only red screen comes and it is for Windows 10 and my laptop too and so it doesn't work
Which version did you buy?
I think the screen you mean is the latest version's home screen.
The whole thing can take 1-3 minutes at the first start.
Java up to date?
This is the newest and I let it charge for an hour and nothing happened, it was always in the red
And I've already uninstalled and installed it, it doesn't help

You need the launcher, the registration - don't quite understand it.
I got the Kay online and entered it in the Microsoft store and then I had minecraft
Found out that it should be a bug in version 1.16 (although on the PS4), but think that the bug is general.
The solution suggested is to uninstall Minecraft from the hard drive and then download and install it again from the Microsoft store
