Minecraft bows no harm why is it?

I made a small server with a friend and installed a few plugins there including Bedwas (minehome) uskywars, MgSnake, EnderGame and SurvivalGames. Recently, however, it is no longer possible to use bow and arrow to add damage to Bedwars or Skywars.

I have also tried to throw the last installed plugin down, but it doesn't make it any better.

I added the game plugin pages with a picture and also the complete plugin list.

Maybe someone can help
