I can't write anything in the chat in Minecraft, does anyone know what to do next?

I have the Minecraft Java Edition and can't write anything in the chat in either SP or MP mode. I can see the chat and can only activate it when I sleep, otherwise it is written in red: Chat message could not be sent. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this bug?

In a normal game you have to press T to be able to write, but I don't know why the messages can't be sent.

I've tried a bit and can write SP mode to it but not on servers. Do you have a clue?

Do you have under options> chat settings> at chat: show all?
