Activate Minecraft with command block another command block, how?

I want to build a bedwarsmap on my map, but before we play we have to do all command blocks ourselves, which is nevig. Is there a command with which you can turn everyone on?

With redstone and / setblock REDSTONE BLOCK?

There are several options, you could e.g. Set everyone to respond to Redstone. Or you can chain them together:-)

Then connect everyone with redstone or take command blocks that place redstone blocks at your desired location
