There's currently a lot of turmoil over Minecraft Rtx. Since I have a 2070S, I could also test this out. However, you need the Windows 10 Edition and not my existing Java. Can you currently get these for free (legal)? I found tutorials, but they are a little older and not up to date…
Unfortunately you can't.
If you bought the Java Edition before a certain date that I don't know at the moment, you can log in to Mojang and you will see the code you need in the microsoft store to get the win 10 edition for free.
I don't know if it's up to date.
Why are the developers so stupid and don't do it for java. What idiots. Is there an RTX shader for Java?
I knew it once, but did not buy Minecraft in the period: / Is there a Java RTX shader?
If you bought your Java Acc before October 18, 2018, you can get the code on the Mojang site
Uff. I don't have: / Is there a JAVA rtx shader or something like that?
And otherwise you can use normal shaders, they also look nice
Sorry I can't help you there, I don't know about that.
But I think it's stupid anyway that this version is available for Windows. I think that only creates confusion.
Try the Seus v10 shader, it is quite good. (draws a lot of power)
I'm not buying minecraft Win10 again for 24 euro, only that I have Rtx xD I'd rather buy a hot blockbuster like Shadow of the Tomb Raider…
Ah I just see that I wrote nonsense. If you have the Java version then you can somehow get the win 10 edition for free, but like kp.
If not, have a look at ebay.de, you can get the code for the game for less than 5 euro.
Ok, let's see…
But whether it is valid or active: /?
Not directly RTX, but shaders per se, they look really nice
And what is that?
He used the Seus shader, you really think, they would only make an announcement for Win10 Edition, the smaller edition. And there's nothing on the Internet that is available for Java.
So I bought the version by mistake and everything worked. Was also one of ebay.
