If you have a Minecraft Java account you can get the Windows 10 Edition for free if I go to redeem
then I get no email with the code:

No the two games are not related and you don't get an existing minecraft java account. Of course, there are other ways to get free, but for that you would need someone who already has it
But on yt I saw that you get a free key if you have the java edition
