Can you keep the Minecraft settings if you e.g. The client changes?

I have the problem that I sometimes switch between individual versions or the Labymod and the Badlion Client and then have to adjust the control again and again because it automatically switches to the basic control. Does anyone know how I can fix this, or I can save my controls?

Simply save the profiles under different folders
