Minecraft on the mobile phone (IOS / Android) only has the option to log in to Microsoft. You can only (still) log in to Minecraft Java Edition with your Mojang account, which will soon be deactivated. You should therefore log in to Mojang.com, register at Microsoft.com or xbox.com and transfer your existing data to your newly created Xbox account.

And again on the subject of the mobile version of Minecraft: the bedrock version (the version for Android / iOS) is in no way compatible with the Java version.
