Minecraft via cellphone PE: I have a sign, but does it slow me down?

Somehow I clicked and the sign is now in front of me so that I can only walk slowly. I play it on my cell phone. How can I put the sign aside again to be able to walk normally?

Oh I've already found how I can get it away. I accidentally clicked the control in the middle twice and then I was in sneak mode. Click again twice at the bottom left and then it was gone
