How is the Minecraft seed code structured?

Would like to determine a seed myself and know what will come out before I test 1000 possibilities

I would advise you to simply install worldpainter.

The seed has no concrete structure but is simply any number.

The world generator, however, can work with it and influence the generation with tons of formulas.
