Minecraft Command for a book?

I wanted to ask if anyone knows what kind of command does that you don't get the book, but are directly in the book (i.e. Where the written is)

You can't do that with commands. For this you need plugins, these only work on servers; that means you would have to set up your own server on your computer and add a suitable plugin.
