The console edition is, I believe, written in C ++, whereas the Pc version is written in Java.
Javascript is not the same as Java.

Answered zar not all my questions but okay. It seems to me, dekn plugin would like to interact with another plugin… Unfortunately, not much can be seen from your writing.
If this is the case, you probably will not get it in the foreseeable future because you have no idea about programming.
Otherwise, if one plugin does not need to interact with the other, your idea sounds very simple and easy to program. You could do that yourself with 2 weeks of intensive learning, I think.
For someone who can program a little, this task should be done in about 30 minutes. Someone who has already implemented plugins should be able to do that even in 5mim, I think.
So either somebody tells you this is elaborately rejected… Or you pay someone who does that. Would pay in your place a maximum of 10 euro. Even more like 5 euro
