Minecraft support bot?

I would have the following question:

Is it possible to program a Minecraft Support Bot that is permanently online with a second account and if it is written via / tell or in chat that it then responds?

e.g.:

- Player: Hey [BotName]

-Bot: Hello [PlayerName]

-Player: ./help

-Bot: Here are the following commands you can put the bot:

- / Support, / Report, …

Would it be possible? I would appreciate a quick response.

Ps: And if it works, how?

Of course its possible.

The question now is whether it should be for your own server or for a foreign server.

Own server: program a plugin.

Foreign server: Programming a mod.

Or hire a developer to do it.
