I have a RTX enabled GK and wonder now how I can play minecraft now with RTX, so how can I activate it.

RTX or ray tracing is worthwhile only if you have a good RTX card (for example, RTX 2070 / super…). However, to really make a difference, you need shaders that support ray tracing: Here is a link to a tutorial.
