Minecraft shader slow?

I installed several shaders on my Minecraft (Optifine).

Without a shader I can easily reach 100 fps, but unfortunately only 20-30 fps. What can that be?

My PC:

hp workstation xw 8600

intel xeon X 5460 (3.17 ghz)

16GB Ram

Nvidia Gforce gtx 960 4gb

It's normal with the hardware

This is completely normal. If you already have 100 without shader then 30 with shader are normal.

But there are a few shaders that run better, mostly called lagless shaders. Look worse but run a little better maybe you can do 40 / 50fps with it
