Then maybe it's up to your driver see if you can update it

It has no more updates, my driver is on the full version

Then probably only help reset the pc but whether it is worth it

I could still imagine Minecraft being blocked by your PC. This can be the case if something is set incorrectly. Unfortunately I don't know how old you are. If you are a little younger, I could imagine that your parent may have hired something to protect you. When you are older you just have to look for it.
