Does anyone know a good guide in Minecraft, what has useful data about the game, how to fight certain mobs, what to do with certain blocks or the next step in survival mode? Don't have to be exactly these things, but something like that.

You can look it up on Minecraft Wiki, I can recommend AlexUnderWhite as a YouTube channel.
I can highly recommend this app, which I have been using for a long time:

It contains all recipes and descriptions of mobs, structures, dimensions, enchants, potions and so on and instantly. You can find out everything about blocks and objects, where to find them or from whom you can get them, what every villager deals with.
