I forgot my email address from MC, I know the name and password of the account, I just forgot the email, what do I have to do to get access to the account again? You can't really do anything about that, because if you don't know the email you can't verify that the account really belongs to you. Unless you still have a payment confirmation.
But the name should work too. If not just contact support. PS all Minecraft Accs will be deleted soon or so and you have to log in with your Microsoft email

Unfortunately there's hardly anything left to do. Try to remember the email with perhaps different login details. In a pinch, write to the support, the best thing is to have a purchase confirmation or a transaction ID ready so that you can prove that the account is yours.
Write to Mojang support, in such points you have no other choice
