Minecraft system requirements?

I have a 2.5 Ghz Intel Core i5 processor and would like to install Minecraft with the system requirements Processor (CPU) Intel Core i5 4690 3.5 GHz, AMD A10 7800 APU 3.5 GHz or higher. As far as RAM is concerned, that's fine.

I've already played the demo version where everything is just like in real Minecraft. If I close all programs, I can play this demo normally, maybe with such a micro-hang. So it doesn't run as smoothly as with a gaming PC.

Since Minecraft costs money, I don't want to install it and in the end it doesn't work and since the demo runs despite higher system requirements, I wonder whether the full version might also work.

Cr

That works even on my 2014 imac.

je

But why are the minimum requirements then 3.5ghz when it even goes with 2.5ghz

Cr

It just depends on the generation. But you can also play it with mem 2008 Imac. Everything goes. I guess you have an Imac because nobody else describes its processor like that.

Ja

You definitely have the Ryzen5 1500X 3.5GHz, in the o.c. 3.7GHz.

Then you are guaranteed to have a nice graphics card too?

Minecraft will do pretty well there.

Lo

The edition from the Microsoft Store should definitely work, for the Java version I would recommend the Mod Optifine, then it will work.

je

I don't know my way around very well. About this Mac says:

Processor: 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5

Memory: 12 GB 1333 MHz DDR3

Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 6750M 512 MB

Serial number would be: C02GJ7UXDHJF

Ja

Now,

then is a laptop.

But also works.

je

So actually it's a Mac, in any case, it doesn't look like a laptop

Ja

A Mac is also a lap, stop with a bitten apple.

You don't play with that.

je

Really? I knew that. If that answer sounded mean up there, I'm sorry. Shouldn't be meant like that. So is my Mac a laptop? It's just not a big, thick monitor anymore. But the monitor can't be used for anything else. So for another computer. And what did you mean by the last sentence?

Ja

Yes,

this monitor with built in stuff.

I should also upgrade something like that.

I kept my hands off it.

je

I wanted to expand the RAM, but otherwise I don't know how to upgrade it

je

What did you mean by the sentence: You don't play with something like that?

Ja

This is the gender extended by me.

Man says must also say man.

You don't play games with an apple, it's too good for that.
It's there to look at and dust off.

Some of these monitors have a maintenance opening that can be easily expanded.

The team leader brought his with me.
I would have had to expand the entire screen, which was too risky for me, given the price of the device.

je

So can I play on the Mac? I just wanted Minecraft because I probably won't buy a real gaming PC for a year or two

Ja

Yes,

you wicked one!

je

Yes what🥲

I just want to play the Java Edition and destroy my friend in Bedwars😂

I know I shouldn't need a Mac for this. But I don't want to spend a thousand euro or so just to be able to play Minecraft. If my interest in gaming grows, I'll buy one first, but not now😕

And we don't have another PC. But an even newer Mac from my father😂

je

And thank you Kerner for taking so much time for me and my question / subsequent questions.

Ja

My pleasure!

je

Is the Mod Optifine against stuttering what I and believe or so that mods run better?

Lo

Both. Optifine optimizes your game and reduces lag spikes. It works really well, I play on my laptop, without Optifine I usually had eternal lags with 1 fps and so on, and with Optifine they are completely gone. You can take a look at their site.

And if you want a few cool additional features, I recommend Badlion Client or Lunar Client (Optifine is integrated).

je

And how would that work? Just download it and it will happen automatically? I have now understood that I should download it and it will optimize my game just like that

Lo

Yes, download the version you need, preferably from the official Optifine site, then you need Java so that you can open it and everything will be explained anyway. You can also look at instructions on YouTube, there are very detailed ones.

je

I wanted to download the Java from the Microsoft Store.

Lo

With pleasure

I have and i3 2nd gen, with 8GB ram it's 3.10Ghz but Minecraft still doesn't work. Well I used to run 1.16 and play it but now every time I try to launch it, gl error or something like that comes up (it says glfw error) but I have updated DirectX to the latest version and I have java installed. It still doesn't work, Can somebody help?
