I have had a problem with Windows since this morning (December 30th, 2019).
On the previous day (29.12.19) I made a windows update which stayed at 90% for about 30 minutes after that I finished the update with shutdown of the PC. As soon as I started it, everything worked as usual.
I haven't been able to use any games since this morning, no matter which one (e.g. Rainbow six, MInecraft, Star Citizen or Teamspeak). As soon as I get into the different menus of the games, the computer freezes and no matter what I press it doesn't work anymore. The RGB lighting from my mouse and keyboard still works.
What I tried:
Windows updates uninstalled
Checked for driver updates (there were none)
New PC set up
I have no idea what else I can do

Did you try to run the Windows update again?
Usually, the updates are canceled when shutting down and everything is reset. Maybe something went wrong?
