I host my own minecraft server (even with a pc) and since yesterday it freezes when I go out of my house and after a minute it crashes I tried to start the world in single player but after 30 seconds it freezes and crashes. What should I do?
Erase world there's not much you can do except switch off command blocks

Yes, it only crashes / freezes when I move 3 blocks away from my house and in the console I got this message: Keeping entity minecraft: skeleton that already exists with UUID b0ccc530-9933-4bc2-9f1c-a4381c066910

Try / kill @e [type =! Player] and delete all command blocks in MCEdit.
