Install Minecraft Shader does not work: /?

I've been trying to install a shader in Minecraft for about a year, but have always failed so far. Even with the numerous tutorials on YouTube, I couldn't find a real solution. Since I have neither dealt with the computer scientist language nor with general PC knowledge, I do not understand many steps.

When I recently tried to import a shader, it said "Error importing settings Failed to parse file: java.nio.charset.MalformedInputException: Input lenght = 1

I have absolutely no idea what to do…
