I would like to move something from 1.15.2 to 1.12.2. If I do it with structure block it will not be transferred completely (all blocks that existed before 1.12)
You can create two Bungeecord servers on version 1.12 and 1.15 and copy your building with WorldEdit from the 1.15 server to the 1.12 server.
How does it work? Is that expensive?

The hardest part is just creating the two Bungeecord servers.
Pick any tutorial on YouTube. For example, type "Create Minecraft Bungeecord Server".
You have to take into account when creating that the server software is Spigot / Bukkit / Paper / … So that you can install WorldEdit.
To install WorldEdit, you have to go to https://dev.bukkit.org/.../worldedit and upload the file to both servers.
It may sound complicated, but it's actually pretty simple when you know how it works.
