Why can't I log in on the Xb1?

I have a problem because my controller just logged off while playing Minecraft. After that, I often tried to log in, because my controller is not logging in for the first time, it suddenly goes off, but actually it goes back after a while, this time not. Strangely, I come to another Acc. Very normal. In the Acc. When I was logged out, I permanently have this loading slug when logging in.
