Minecraft 1.12 Fill Command with black concrete?

I want to fill an area with black concrete in Minecraft (Java version, 1.12), but I have no idea how it should work. I know? Of course, the command [/ fill ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Minecraft: black_concrete] but that does not work in 1.12 with black concrete or other colors. Still, that should work, hopefully.

If you hover over the black concrete in your inventory, you are sown:

Black Concrete (# 0251/15)
Building blocks
minecraft: concrete

For the other colors, other numbers are after the '/'

For example, it is the 14th for red
