Transfer Minecraft save game Wii U Switch?

I was just about to transfer my score in Minecraft from Wii you to Switch, and had to find out that this does not seem to work with the current versions, but only with the console version of the Switch, which has not been offered since 2018. Do you know any way to transfer the score?
