Minecraft jobs?

Hi does anyone have an idea which and how I could do jobs for my SP Roleplay?

It is best to write your own systems, as those on the Internet only eat up performance and were not created perfectly on your server. If you have never created plugins before, then I recommend that you look for a developer or take a look at the Minecraft programming language "Script".

Preferably without plugins with only mods

If you only want to do the whole thing with mods then I wish you a lot of fun looking for the developer. Because they no longer exist because the Modded Minecraft community falls.
