Link Minecraft command block with condition?

Can I link Minecraft command blocks with conditions, e.g. That if my buddy takes away my authorization level, that he will be teleported permanently to a place? (Bedrock Edition)

There's no direct order for that.

You could hide a command block with a redstone circuit somewhere and activate it if it takes away your rights. Simply place n command block with the command (that it should be teleported), about 5 blocks further build a 3x3 circle of 4 repeaters counterclockwise and fill in the corners with redstone, connect with the command block and another line of redstone in the opposite one Drag direction from command block. If you want to activate the part you just have to place a redstone torch at the top of the redstone line and quickly dismantle it.
